Star Wars: Imperial Assault is a strategy board game of tactical combat. The campaign mode pits the limitless troops and resources of the Galactic Empire against a crack troop of Rebel operatives as they attempt to take down the Empire. One player commands the Empire, while up to four other players take on the role of Rebel Alliance heroes. Over the course of the campaign, both the Imperial player and the Rebel heroes gain new experience and skill points, allowing characters to evolve each game as the story unfolds.
